Our Approach & Delivery - Project Details
From idea to plan
The 12 storey 693 bed student living accommodation welcomed its first residents in
September 2024. Designed by DAY Architectural as part of the wider Island Quarter
masterplan for the city of Nottingham, The accommodation includes a combination of
accessible studio and cluster flats consisting of three to seven bedrooms with shared
kitchen, dining and living rooms.
