From idea to plan
Arcadian project is a student accommodation development launched in 2024, featuring a newly constructed 293-bed, purpose-built student housing at 248–262 Huntingdon Street. The new build structure spans 7-storeys orientated around an inner landscaped courtyard space and includes a green roof, ample amenity space
such as study rooms and a gym. The seven-story structure offers a mix of en-suite rooms and studio apartments.
